The Minnesota Child Care Resource and Referral Network and the Minnesota Department of Human Services are pleased to offer MNStreams.org. MNStreams is designed to put trainings, educational opportunities, grants, and financial incentives at your fingertips. A training registry with many additional features, the site offers searchable trainer listings, REETAIN and CCR&R grant applications, and conference details—a real community hub! The site will serve family child care providers, child care center staff, Head Start, school-age/out of school-time program staff, parent educators, parents, and all others interested in the health and development of children.Log on to MNStreams.org and drop in on our community’s new one-stop meeting spot. You already have a user profile on the MNStreams system. Contact Midwest CCR&R for your user id and password. Please do not create a new user profile. Minnesota's Quality Rating SystemDesigned by child care providers, early learning professionals, and parents, Minnesota's voluntary Parent Aware Rating Tool is intended to support our state's children by creating a rating system which identifies, recognizes, and celebrates quality in early education.
