Cancellation and Refund Policy Weather Related Policy How to Register 1. Register online by visiting www.mnstreams.org (credit card payment only) 2. To register by mail, complete the registration form and mail it to our office at the address provided on the form. Registration forms may be reproduced. Payment must accompany your registration form. Make checks payable to "Midwest CCR&R". 3. To register by phone, call our training registration line at (877)311-2244 or (320)269-2227. Registrations by phone require payment by credit card. Registration Information Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all classes. Registration will not be accepted without payment. Make checks payable to Midwest CCR&R. A $25 fee will be charged for all NSF and/or returned checks. No walk-ins are allowed. Only pre-registered and pre-paid students will have space reserved for them or receive training certificates. Registration deadline is one week prior to the class. Classes with low registration one week prior to the class date will be cancelled (see cancellation and refund policy below). Assume your registration is confirmed unless otherwise notified. We do not issue receipts. Registration fees are not refundable. There will be no refund if a student does not attend a class. Credit coupons will be issued if CCR&R cancels a class. No partial certificates will be given. You must attend the full class to receive a certificate. All classes offered in the CCR&R training catalog fulfill the grant training requirement. Please remember to make your own child care arrangements, as children are not allowed at classes. Cancellation and Refund Policy Classes with less than 5 participants registered one week prior to the class will be canceled. You will be notified by phone if a class is canceled. Registration fees are not refundable. If a class needs to be canceled due to weather or low registration, credit coupons will be issued for the training fee to people who registered and prepaid for the canceled class. The coupons can be used to pay for any other class sponsored by CCR&R. Simply attach the credit coupon to your registration form when you register for another class. Weather Related Policy CCR&R may cancel a class when the weather is threatening. If you are questioning the status of a class due to inclement weather, call our training registration line at (877)311-2244 or (320)269-2227. The voice mail message will be updated as late as 1 hour before the class is scheduled to begin. |
